Hyderabad: Amidst the simmering political heat of Bihar assembly elections, Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor has vowed to defeat Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in the next elections in Telangana seemingly provoked over the latter’s remarks on the DNA of Bihar’s people.
“No one can save him, even Rahul Gandhi. If God gives time, the account will be settled in Telangana,” Prashant Kishor said in an interview with a news television channel. An emotionally charged Prashant Kishor even questioned the stature of the Chief Minister.
“What is the stature of Revanth Reddy? He became the Chief Minister for the first time and goes on to comment that Bihar people’s DNA is inferior to Telangana. I will work with all my strength to defeat Revanth Reddy,” he vowed in a video, circulating on social media platforms.
The Jan Suraaj Party founder found fault with the Chief Minister for insulting Biharis. “At one end, Revanth Reddy abuses Biharis and at the other end, he roams Bihar. Did we abuse any people? Not just in Bihar, we will defeat him in Telangana badly,” Prashant Kishor maintained.
The former political strategist also reminded that Revanth Reddy had sought his help in the past. “Ask Revanth Reddy if he had approached me for help or not. I am from Bihar and if Bihari’s DNA is inferior, why did he seek our help?” Prashant Kishor asked.
The former political strategist has been critical of Revanth Reddy in the past too.
