Doctors, kin clean trash at MCC quarry in Mancherial
The doctors, their kin and employees descended on the environs of the quarry and stream in the early morning. They enthusiastically lifted plastic carry bags, water, liquor bottles and scrap dumped by some picnickers at the spot.

Mancherial: Under aegis of the Forest department and Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI), a bunch of 24 doctors from the town, their family members and staffers of their hospitals cleaned garbage piled on the premises of an abandoned quarry of MCC and a cross a nearby stream in the forests of Gadpur village in Hajipur mandal on Friday.
The doctors, their kin and employees descended on the environs of the quarry and stream in the early morning. They enthusiastically lifted plastic carry bags, water, liquor bottles and scrap dumped by some picnickers at the spot. They restored scenic beauty of the spot by conducting the programme. They later took part in a 4 kilo-meter long hike covering the stream and picturesque hillocks organized jointly by the forest department and the YHAI.
Luxettipet Forest Range Officer A Subhash, Shyamsunder Reddy and Ravi Kumar of YHAI, FBOs Rajender, doctors R Raghuvamshi, KMN Srinivas, Ch Sharada, KVLN Murthy, Annapurna, Keerthi, Suryanarayana, Jayabharati and many others were present.
