Hyderabad: Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy asked students and parents not to believe in rumours being spread on social media over holidays to schools. In a statement on Tuesday, Sabitha said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao in the recently held Cabinet meeting had directed that educational institutions should continue to function by strictly following the Covid norms.

The Minister asked managements of educational institutions to take all necessary Covid safety precautions. She urged everyone to wear face masks and maintain physical distance.
