“It is not correct on the part of the Health Minister to criticise the Central government for alleged shortage of vaccine. He could have made a request and gotten the required quantity of vaccines,” Prabhakar said.
Hyderabad: BJP former MLA NVSS Prabhakar on Friday took exception to the remarks made by the Health Minister Eatala Rajender stating that the Central government was ignoring the interests of Telangana in supplying Remdesivir.
“It’s not the time to make political statements. We must fight the Covid unitedly,” he said while interacting with media persons here. He said the State government has imposed night curfew only after the High Court took a serious note of the Covid situation in the State.
“It is also not correct on the part of the Health Minister to criticise the Central government for alleged shortage of vaccine. He could have made a request and gotten the required quantity of vaccines,” he said.
