DOST 2026 notification released, degree admissions from April 15

TGCHE has released the DOST 2026 notification for degree admissions in Telangana. Registration begins April 15, with a three-phase counselling process. The first seat allotment will be announced on May 14, and classes are scheduled to begin on July 1.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) on Monday released the Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) 2026 notification for admissions to conventional degree programmes for the academic year 2026-27.

The three-phase admission process will begin with registrations open from April 15 to May 7.


TGCHE Chairman Prof. V Balakista Reddy, who released the notification, said web options for allotment of a course and college can be exercised between April 30 and May 8.

Verification of special category certificates will be done on May 7 and 8. The first phase seat allotment is scheduled for May 14 and students who got seats have to self-report online between May 15 and 23.

Similarly, two more admission counselling will be done before commencement of classwork on July 1.
