DOST to offer new UG courses

Hyderabad: Students opting for the UG courses through the Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) 2021 may have new course combinations to choose from. There are proposals to introduce new course combinations including BBA Artificial Intelligence, BBA Financial Accountancy and BBA Entrepreneurship Skills in the academic year 2021-22.

“Some colleges have proposed to introduce new course combinations in the academic year 2021-22,” a senior official said.


Meanwhile, the Telangana State Council for Higher Education on Tuesday issued the DOST 2021 notification for admissions into undergraduate courses in the State for the academic year 2021-22. Candidates who passed intermediate exams of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education or equivalent recognised examination from other boards/states are eligible to apply.

The first phase of registrations with a fee of Rs 200 can be done on the website https://dost.cgg.gov.in from July 1 to 15. The web options can be exercised from July 3 to 16 and seats will be allotted on July 22. Students who receive seat allotment should self-report online between July 23 and 27. Candidates can register for second phase admissions from July 23 to 27 and exercise web options from July 24 to 29. The seat allotment will be done on August 4.
