DPS Mahendra Hills: Kids go creative on Thanksgiving Day
The celebration aimed to teach students to count their blessings and be grateful to all who have contributed to their lives, the school said.
Dear mom and dad, I am so much of what I learned from you. You’ll be with me like a handprint on my heart, read a greeting card prepared by a student at the Thanksgiving Day that was celebrated virtually by Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills (feeder school of DPS, Nacharam).
The celebration aimed to teach students to count their blessings and be grateful to all who have contributed to their lives, the school said. The little ones of the pre-primary wing showed their gratitude towards parents, grandparents and teachers by singing songs, preparing greeting cards and through dance performances.
Teachers appreciated the students saying that the occasion has provided the kids an opportunity to showcase their creativity in the form of colourful greeting cards, songs and dance.
