Delhi Public School, Nacharam organised an orientation programme for the parents and students of class XI and XII to apprise them of the school readiness as per Covid norms prescribed by the Government.

The school will begin for the Senior Secondary students in a phased manner from February 8. Principal Dr Sunitha Rao addressed the parents and students and underlined the need for the parents and school to work as a unit to provide the best academic support to the students while keeping them safe.

The school showcased its readiness through PPTs and videos encompassing the measures taken. From the thermal screening, to hand sanitizers at vantage points, six feet distancing in classes and the presence of medical assistance, every single aspect was minutely scrutinized and taken care of.

Complete sanitisation at regular intervals was also done. Senior Vice-Principal Nandita Sunkara presented a detailed overview of the academic support planned for the students to ensure their board exam and annual exam readiness was shared.

They were assured that online support will also continue. The parents were apprised of the minimum requirements at their end and enthused to support the school in their endeavours. The parents were assured that the school shared their concern for the well-being of their ward and was leaving no stone unturned to keep them safe and academically supported.
