Warangal: Drones were employed to supply food, drinking water and other essentials to the residents stranded in flooded colonies in Warangal.
Endowments Minister Konda Surekha and district Collector Dr. Satya Sarada monitored the delivery of food and drinking water to the residents of BR Nagar Colony on Thursday. Similar exercise was carried out in other residential colonies that were inaccessible due to flooding.
Boats were deployed to evacuate residents to safer locations. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and other ministers are expected to undertake an aerial survey on Friday in Warangal, she said.Cycllo
