Hyderabad: The Drugs Control Administration (DCA) officials raided Sahasra Peoples First Aid Centre, Agamothkoor Village, Madugulapally mandal, Nalgonda, which was being operated by a quack Parshanaboina Laxmaiah, who was practicing medicine without proper qualification.

During the raid, DCA officials detected 31 varieties of medicines, including antibiotics, steroids, analgesics, etc. stocked on the premises without a drug licence, worth Rs. 16,670.


DCA officials detected several antibiotics including Amoxycllin+Potassium Clavulanate and steroids like Methylprednisolone at the clinic of quack. The DCA officers lifted the samples for analysis.
