Hyderabad: The New Year kicked off with a warm night in Hyderabad. The average minimum temperature of 17.7 degree Celsius was recorded in the city in the early hours of Saturday with Hayathnagar witnessing the lowest minimum temperature of 15.3 degree Celsius.
According to the forecast by India Meteorological Department, Hyderabad (IMD-H), the city will continue to witness foggy mornings, and the minimum temperature will be around 16 degree Celsius, whereas the maximum temperature might go up to 27 degree Celsius.
As per experts at Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), the night temperature might drop at a few places in the city, including Saroornagar, Uppal, Charminar, Begumpet and LB Nagar, in the next three days. However, the officials have not issued any alert for the same.
Meanwhile, no rainfall was recorded in the State on Saturday, however the night temperatures of a few northern districts of Telangana have plummeted again. On Saturday, Kumram Bheem Asifabad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 1.6 degree Celsius.
