Solipeta Sujatha campaigns in Dubbak Assembly Constituency on Wednesday
Siddipet: TRS candidate for the Dubbak by-election Solipeta Sujatha launched her election campaign after offering special prayers at Sri Ramlingeshwara Swamy Temple, Kudavelly on Wednesday along with Medak MLA Padma Devendar Reddy, Former Sangareddy MLA Chintha Prabhakar and other TRS leaders.
Sujatha got an overwhelming response from the residents of Kudavelly where she launched her campaign.
Addressing the gathering, Sujatha said she will fulfill the wishes of her husband late Ramalinga Reddy under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasheka Rao and Finance Minister T Harish Rao. Saying that Ramalinga Reddy always worked for the public besides participating in communist movement as a journalist and also as MLA of Dubbak, she thanked the Chief Minister for keeping faith in her family.
Seeking the blessings of her constituency people, the TRS candidate called upon the people to join her in ensuring the victory of TRS in Dubbak by-election with over one lakh majority. She recalled how Ramalinga Reddy used to move around in the constituency every day to know the issues of the public.
Padma Devendar Reddy said the TRS government has changed the face of rural Telangana with various initiatives such as free electricity supply, Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bima, Aasara pensions and several other schemes. She asked the people to question whether any BJP government was providing free 24X7 power supply. The Medak MLA said that Ramalinga Reddy always strived for the development of his constituency.
