Karimnagar: BJP candidate for Huzurabad by-poll Eatala Rajender on Tuesday reiterated that he had not written a letter to Election Commission of India seeking suspension of Dalit Bandhu scheme in Huzurabad in the wake of the by-election.
Addressing a campaign meeting in Chelpur of Huzurabad mandal, Rajender challenged Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and Finance Minister T Harish Rao to prove that he had written the letter to the EC against the implementation of Dalit Bandhu.
“The Chief Minister should explain to the people why he failed to provide Dalit Bandhu funds to all the beneficiaries even 70 days after its launch,” he said, adding that he always believed that the money from any government scheme should reach all the beneficiaries.
