Hyderabad: The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has attached two immovable properties worth Rs 35.05 crore in a bank fraud case involving BNR Infra & Leasing and Elite Infra Projects Pvt Ltd on Thursday.
The properties, which include a land parcel and a residential flat belonging to B Narasimha Reddy and Anil Beniprasad Aggarwal, were attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
The case is based on FIRs registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation alleging fraudulent loans taken from State Bank of India and Bank of Maharashtra using forged documents and disputed land as collateral, causing losses of about Rs 35 crore.
