ED reportedly summons Serilingampally MLA Arikepudi Gandhi in Sahithi case

The Enforcement Directorate has reportedly summoned Serilingampally MLA Arikepudi Gandhi in connection with the Sahithi Infratech money laundering case. Gandhi has been asked to appear before the agency on September 27 over transactions of around Rs 2.1 crore.

Hyderabad: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has reportedly summoned Serilingampally MLA Arikepudi Gandhi in connection with the Sahithi Infratech money laundering case.

Gandhi has been directed to appear before the agency on September 27.

The ED is reportedly probing transactions of around Rs 2.1 crore involving bank accounts linked to the MLA and Sahithi Infra. The case relates to allegations that Sahithi

Infratech collected hundreds of crores from homebuyers through pre-launch offers for flats and villas and diverted part of the funds.

The ED has also frozen several bank accounts and attached properties in connection with the probe.
