Efforts on for a strong Telangana Rugby ecosystem, says Dr Ram

Hyderabad: The Annual General Body Meeting of the Rugby Association of Telangana, presided by Dr Narendra Ram, President, and Aditya Vutpala, General Secretary of Rugby Association of Telangana, reviewed the association’s activities and future plans.
Dr Narendra Ram interacted with representatives from each district and presented a clear one-year development calendar for the growth of rugby in Telangana.
He emphasised strengthening grassroots programs, expanding district-level activities, promoting school and college participation, and ensuring structured competitive opportunities for players.
Highlighting the importance of player welfare, Dr Narendra Ram stated, “The welfare of players and students will always be our top priority. We are committed to building a strong rugby ecosystem in Telangana, starting from the grassroots level to competitive platforms. I will always stand for the growth of our players and the advancement of rugby in the State.”
The discussions also focused on improving coordination between districts, conducting regular training camps, and enhancing participation in State and national competitions.
