Eight detained in alleged gambling den raid in KPHB

Cyberabad Special Operations Team police raided an alleged gambling den in KPHB on Sunday and detained eight people. An RTA official from Bandlaguda was reportedly among them. KPHB police registered a case and are investigating the incident.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Special Operations Team (SOT) police raided an alleged gambling den and detained eight people who were reportedly gambling at the premises in KPHB on Sunday.

The detained persons were subsequently handed over to the KPHB police for further action.

According to information available, a Regional Transport Authority (RTA) official from Bandlaguda was also among those detained.

The KPHB police registered a case and are investigating.
