Elderly man and woman found dead at Noor Khan Bazaar in Hyderabad
A man and a woman, both aged around 60 years, were found dead under suspicious circumstances at Noor Khan Bazaar in Hyderabad’s old city. The Mirchowk police have launched an investigation and called in forensic experts to examine the scene

Hyderabad: An elderly man and his physically challenged sister were found dead under suspicious circumstances at an apartment flat in Noor Khan Bazaar under Mirchowk police station area in the old city on Thursday afternoon.
According to the police, Mohd Shakeel and his sister Sarwar Begum, both aged around 60 years, stayed at the flat in an apartment located at Noor Khan Bazaar for past 40 years.
“Sarwar Begum was physically challenged and her brother Shakeel took care of her. Both were unmarried,” said the Mirchowk police.
On Thursday, the owner of the property got suspicious after the man did not come out and went to check when he sensed a foul smell coming from the flat. He immediately informed the police.
The Mirchowk police rushed to the spot and found the door of the room was latched from inside. The police then broke open the door and went inside. The police found the two people dead in the house and lying in different spots.
The police started an investigation and called in the forensic experts to the spot to gather clues.
