Medak: An elderly man was knocked down by a DCM while he was walking along a road at Bonala village of Chegunta Mandal on Tuesday.
The victim, who was identified as B Ramayan (65), a native of the village, died on the spot. Rash and negligent driving is said to be cause for the accident. Chegunta Police registered a case and shifted the body to Area Hospital Medak for postmortem.
