Elderly passenger dies in a RTC bus while travelling from Mehdipatnam to Shankarpally
Sixty-three-year-old Shetty Balaraju, who has occupied one of the back seats, had a cardiac arrest and collapsed on the seat itself

Hyderabad: An elderly man died allegedly after he suffered a cardiac arrest in a moving TGSRTC bus on Saturday.
As per available information, Shetty Balaraju (63), a farmer from Janwada in Ranga Reddy district, was travelling in the bus from Mehdipatnam towards Shankarpally when the incident occurred.
On the way, Balaraju, who has occupied one of the back seats, had a cardiac arrest and collapsed on the seat itself. The other passengers alerted the bus driver, who immediately drove the bus to the nearby hospital, but Balaraju had died by then.
Police are investigating.
