Siddipet: Finance Minister T Harish Rao has called upon the people of Dubbak Assembly constituency to elect TRS candidate Soilpeta Sujatha, wife of late Solipeta Ramalinga Reddy, to ensure continuity of development in the constituency.
Asking the TRS leaders and cadre to standy by the family of Ramaling Reddy, Harish Rao urged them to elect Sujatha to develop Dubbak as per the wishes of Ramalinga Reddy.
Saying that Ramalinga Reddy always used to talk about his constituency’s development, the Minister said he had brought a number of developmental works to the constituency. “To complete the pending works, there is a serious need to elect Sujatha as Dubbak MLA in the by-election,” he said, and invited Sujatha to join them in the election campaign since the Election Commission of India (ECI) has already issued the schedule.
Stating that the 90 per cent of Mallannasagar works had been completed, Rao has said the government will complete the remaining works shortly to bring each and every acre in the constituency under irrigation.
Sujatha, stating that she will always be available to the people of the constituency, vowed to work for the development of the constituency under the leadership of the Chief Minister and Finance Minister. When she broke down while talking about her husband’s death, Harish Rao and other leaders became emotional.
Rao participated in a number of programmes across Dubbak Constituency where dozens of BJP and Congress Party workers and leaders in TRS.
MP, Medak Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, MLA Medak M Padmadevendar Reddy, MLA Andole, Chanti Kranthi Kiran and others were present.
