Hyderabad: While AI gathers and processes external information, true wisdom lies in harnessing the intelligence within. “Spirituality is not separate from progress, rather, it is the key to unlocking deeper insights that shape a more balanced and meaningful existence,” said Rev. Daaji, guide of Heartfulness and president of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, here on Tuesday.

At the 32nd HYSEA National Summit and Awards 2025, he underscored the significance of integrating spiritual wisdom with technological advancement. The summit, themed ‘AI & Beyond: Redefining the Future’, featured discussions on across industries.

AI brings unprecedented benefits and is seen to garner widespread adoption, but it also introduces disruptions and uncertainties, leading to significant emotional and mental overload. “In this rapidly evolving landscape, meditation serves as a co-pilot to clarity and calm,” he said.

Engaging in a fireside chat with Pragya Misra – Public Policy and Partnerships Lead, OpenAI, Rev. Daaji emphasised the need to invest in the ‘right portfolio’ — inner peace and self-awareness — to navigate the rapid advancements in AI without losing sight of human consciousness.

He remarked, “Meditation is not about withdrawal; it is about heightened awareness. By cultivating inner stillness, we can enhance productivity and creativity while remaining deeply connected to our true purpose.”
