Hyderabad: The Education department has directed its officials to ensure that all files were circulated in the e-Office files after May 10.

In a note issued by the department on Thursday, the department said on May 1 it was instructed that henceforth all the files should be circulated through e-Office only. Physical files should not be processed unless specifically asked to do so, it said adding that already required infrastructure was there for e-Office.

Digital signature keys were already issued and required training was also given earlier but still, it was observed that hard files were being circulated, it said.

“It is decided that after May 10, no hard files will be accepted by the Peshi,” the Education department note said.
