EPFO: Digital Life Certificate must for Kukatpally pensioners

All the existing EPS 1995 pensioners of Kukatpally can register their certificate at the nearest Mee Seva Centres or their pension payment disbursing bank or at their nearest EPFO office.

Hyderabad: Industrial employees residing in Kukatpally area in Hyderabad who come under the Employees’ Pension Scheme 1995 have been requested to submit their Digital Life Certificate/Jeevan Pramaan Patra.

All the existing EPS 1995 pensioners of Kukatpally can register their certificate at the nearest Mee Seva Centres or their pension payment disbursing bank or at their nearest EPFO office.

Releasing a note on the same, Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation’s (EPFO) Regional Office in Kukatpally says it is rendering services under the EPS-1995 to 27,971 pensioners who are industrial employees.

“This office is dispensing pension amount to an extent of Rs 5,25,52,387 for the pensioners residing in geographical area of Kukatpally,” it said and added that pensions of 5,214 members have been stopped who haven’t submitted their life certificate.

It also noted that at the time of registering life certificate online, the pensioners name and date of birth should match with the PPO and Aadhaar Card and the PPO number should be entered without any space or slash. “All the pensioners who are not in receipt of the monthly pension are requested to register their Digital Life Certificate immediately,” the organisation noted.
