Hyderabad: An ethanol manufacturing plant will be established at Chinnapatigutta Bolla in Sthambhampalli of the Dharmapuri Assembly constituency. Industries Minister KT Rama Rao directed the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) authorities to develop the land earmarked for the ethanol plant at the earliest.

At a meeting here on Tuesday, Rama Rao checked the possible sites for establishing the plant in Dharmapuri constituency. He instructed TSICC vice-chairman and managing director E Venkata Narsimha Reddy to take immediate measures for developing the land assigned for the purpose. If needed, the authorities were instructed to acquire adjacent lands and address related issues in association with the local elected representatives.


On the occasion, SC Development Minister Koppula Eeshwar and Peddapalli MP B Venkatesh Netha thanked the Minister for his decision to establish the ethanol plant in Dharmapuri constituency which would be beneficial to farmers. Telangana State Police Housing Society chairman Koleti Damodar Gupta and KRIBHCO Telangana in charge Ramreddy also attended the meeting.
