Farmer dies of electric shock in Medak

The local police, on receiving a complaint, rushed to the site of the accident and shifted the body to the government hospital at Toopran for postmortem.

Medak: A farmer lost his life after coming into contact with a live electric wire in Veldurthi mandal’s Manglapur village on Saturday.

According to the details provided by the authorities, Gadde Dasarath, a 54-year-old farmer from the village was at his agricultural field, preparing to water his crops, when he accidentally stepped on a live electric wire. The impact was immediate, resulting in his death on the spot.
