Telangana: Farmer electrocuted in Jagtial
A farmer, Govindula Mallesham, 55, suffered an electric shock while switching on an agricultural pump set and died on the spot

Jagtial: A farmer, Govindula Mallesham, 55, was electrocuted in Gopalpur of Buggaram mandal on Monday.
According to police, Mallesham had gone to his agricultural fields to supply water to standing crops.
He suffered an electric shock while switching on an agricultural pump set and died on the spot. Based on the complaint lodged by Mallesham’s wife Lakshmi, police registered a case and began investigation.
The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem.
