Farmer killed after RTC bus hits motorbike in Kothagudem

A 50-year-old farmer was killed after a TGRTC Super Luxury bus struck his motorbike at Vepalagadda village in Sujatha Nagar mandal of Kothagudem district on Wednesday.

Kothagudem: A farmer riding a motorbike died after being hit by a speeding TGSRTC bus at Vepalagadda village in Sujatha Nagar mandal of the district.

According to sources, the incident occurred when the deceased farmer, Chennuboyina Satyanarayana (50), a resident of Vepalagadda, was on his way home on Wednesday after completing work on his farm.

While he was crossing the road in the village, the RTC Super Luxury bus heading towards Manuguru hit his motorbike, killing him on the spot. 

The local police have registered a case and taken up an investigation into the incident.
