Sangareddy: The father of a teenaged girl murdered a married man for harassing his teen daughter in the name of love.
Four days after killing the victim, the accused, Gopal surrendered before the Narayankhed police on Saturday. The victim was Dasarath (26), a father of two children.
He reportedly tried to harass the Class 9 girl in Megya Nayak Thanda, where Gopal and his family lived. After noticing the intentions of Dasarath, Gopal decided to eliminate him. He killed Dasarath four days ago and burnt the body in the forest area near Nizampet.
Dasarath’s wife filed a missing complaint in the police station. When the police started inquiry, Gopal surrendered before the police on Saturday. The police are trying to locate the body in the forest area.
