Hyderabad: Telangana State Planning Board Vice-President B Vinod Kumar said the State government’s door-to-door fever survey, aimed at preventing the spread of Covid, is yielding good results.
Vinod Kumar spoke to the Medical and Health Department officials of Karimnagar, Sircilla, Warangal Urban and Warangal Rural districts on Friday and enquired about the progress of the ongoing survey.
Vinod Kumar appreciated the services of ANMs and Anganwadi and ASHA workers, as well as doctors, nursing staff and medical personnel working in primary healthcare centres who are keeping track of the health condition of the rural folk. He urged people to wear masks and follow all Covid-19 norms, including physical distancing and sanitisation.
