Hyderabad: Only final year students of various degree and PG courses will have physical classes when the colleges reopen from February 1. This was decided during meeting convened by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) with registrars of the State universities here on Monday.

“It has been decided to hold physical classes initially for the final year students of all degree and PG courses, and other students should continue with the online classes. We will take approval from the government on the same,” a senior official said.

During the meeting, the authorities also discussed about Covid-19 safety measures, which have to be taken up for conducting physical classes and reopening of hostels for students.
