Hyderabad: A fire broke out at a footwear shop near Machli Kaman in the old city on Tuesday afternoon. According to officials, the fire broke out around 1.30 pm. Upon information, the Charminar police reached the spot and alerted the Fire Department. Two fire tenders from the Moghalpura and Salar Jung Museum fire stations rushed to the spot and doused the flames. Fire officials suspect that the fire might have been triggered by a short circuit. Investigation is on.
