Fire breaks out in residential building in Nampally, 23 rescued

A fire broke out in a residential building in Nampally’s Red Hills area, triggering panic among residents. Fire personnel brought the blaze under control and evacuated 23 people safely. No casualties were reported, and an investigation is underway.

Hyderabad: A fire broke out in a residential building at Nampally on Monday, triggering panic among occupants.

The blaze reportedly started on the third floor of the building in Red Hills area.


Fire personnel rushed to the spot immediately after receiving information and managed to bring the flames under control.

A total of 23 people who were inside the building were safely evacuated.

No casualties were reported in the incident. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, and authorities have started an investigation.
