Hyderabad: A two-and-a-half-hour long drama unfolded on the busy Banjara Hills area when a young woman climbed up the terrace of a newly constructed building of a private hospital and threatened to jump on Saturday evening.

This left those passing by on the road in panic and the local police was called in.

The video of her climbing onto the building and threatening to jump went viral, and the management also reacted. The woman, who was later identified as Shiva Leela, a temporary worker in the same hospital, was recently removed by the authorities.

She climbed onto the hospital building and demanded that her job be given back to her. The hospital authorities responded and held discussions with her on the terrace for nearly two hours.

When the management responded positively to her demands, she came down. The incident led to severe traffic jam on the busy stretch for a long time.
