First-time MLAs replace seniors as Incharge Ministers
The three new Ministers are first-time MLAs and their appointment as incharge Ministers has triggered speculations both in Gandhi Bhavan and political circles.

Hyderabad: In a rather surprising development, the State government on Thursday appointed new Incharge Ministers for erstwhile districts, besides shuffling a couple of them.
Interestingly, seniors, including R&B Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Agriculture Minister Thummala Nageswara Rao and Forest Minister Konda Surekha have been replaced by the three Ministers, who have been inducted into the cabinet on Sunday.
Chennur MLA and Minister designate Vivek Venkatswamy has been appointed as incharge Minister for Medak replacing Surekha.
Similarly, Dharmapuri MLA and Minister designate Adluri Laxman is appointed as incharge Minister for Nalgonda replacing Thummala Nageswara Rao. Makthal MLA and Minister designate V Srihari is appointed as incharge Minister for Khammam replacing Venkat Reddy.
The three new Ministers are first-time MLAs and their appointment as incharge Ministers has triggered speculations both in Gandhi Bhavan and political circles. This apart, Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy, who was earlier incharge Minister for Karimnagar, is now replaced by Agriculture Minister Nageswara Rao.
PRRD Minister D Anasuya, who was earlier incharge Minister for Adilabad is now appointed as incharge Minister for Nizamabad. Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, who was in-charge Minister for Nizamabad is now incharge Minister for Adilabad.
Uttam Kumar Reddy, Venkat Reddy and Surekha are no longer incharge Ministers.
