Hyderabad: The Commissioner’s Task Force (South) team nabbed five persons who were planning to kill a rowdy sheeter and seized Rs 40,000 from them.
Those apprehended are realtors, Syed Faiyaz (39) and Syed Zafferuddin alias Abbu (40), apart from Mohd Khaleeluddin (30), a suspect sheeter of Falaknuma police station, Mohd Ibrahim (30), rowdy sheeter of Mailardevpally police station and Syed Younus alias Ajju (28) of Falaknuma.
According to Ande Srinivasa Rao, Additional DCP (Task Force), Syed Faiyaz was having some disputes with one Mujju, a rowdy sheeter of Dundigal police station.
“Faiyaz came to know that Mujju was planning to murder him due to personal enmity. Hence, he conspired to get Mujju killed and offered Rs 15 lakh to his associates. On a tip-off, they were caught,” said the official.
The five persons were handed over to the Falaknuma police station for further action.
