Foreign delegation inspects MNREGS works in Telangana’s Sangareddy village
Interact with workers to know how the employment helped them during the summer, enquire about different works they had taken up in villages to utilise the funds
Sangareddy: A delegation of 25 representatives from various countries visited Suraram village in Sadasivapet mandal to examine the MNREGS works taken up in the village.
Accompanied by Panchayat Raj Commissioner Srujana, Collector Valluru Kranthi, SP Paritosh Pankaj and other officials, the delegation examined the works and interacted with the workers to know how the employment helped them during the summer.
They also enquired about the different works they had taken up in villages to utilise the funds.
The Collector also explained to them about the works they had taken up while guiding them through a photo exhibition.
