Hyderabad: After nearly a nine-month-long investigation, the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has submitted its investigation report on the Formula-E race case to the State government.
The report was reportedly handed over to the Chief Secretary, who is expected to forward it to the Vigilance and Enforcement Department for further scrutiny to ensure transparency.
According to sources, the government may also seek permission from the Governor to file a chargesheet against the accused in the case. So far, the ACB’s Special Investigation Team has questioned former minister and BRS working president K T Rama Rao thrice and senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar five times.
