Foundation laid for new roads and civic works in Hyderabad

Foundation stones were laid on Friday for new footpaths in Tolichowki and CC roads across several city areas. Ministers inaugurated completed roads and kicked off Rs 5.12 crore worth of infrastructure works, including sports and community spaces under Shaikpet flyover

Hyderabad: A foundation stone was laid to build footpaths in Tolichowki and to provide sports facilities and community spaces under the Shaikpet flyover on Friday.

Simultaneously, a foundation stone was also laid to construct CC roads in Pragathi Nagar (Kukatpally), Lakshmi Narasimha Nagar (LN Nagar), Krishna Nagar, Venkatagiri (Yousufguda), Rahmathnagar (Borabanda), and Jawahar Nagar.


Meanwhile, CC roads completed in three areas, including Harijana Basthi (Shaikpet), Pragathi Nagar, and LN Nagar, were also inaugurated.

In total, various infrastructure development works worth Rs 5.12 crore were attended by the ministers, including Ponnam Prabhakar, Vivek Venkataswamy, and Thummala Nageshwara Rao, in the city.
