Four drug peddlers arrested in Hyderabad, 3.2 kg marijuana seized

Hyderabad Task Force and local police arrested four drug peddlers, including two interstate transporters, and seized 3.2 kg of marijuana. Police also confiscated a passenger auto, a two-wheeler and mobile phones. Three separate cases have been registered.

Hyderabad: The Task Force (Charminar Zone), along with Attapur, Chandrayangutta and Mailardevpally police, arrested four drug peddlers, including two interstate transporters, and seized 3.2 kg of marijuana on Thursday.

The arrested persons were identified as Shaik Shoeb and Mohd Nadeem of Maharashtra, Mohd Jaweed of Balapur and Tarun Sharma of Shivarampally.

Police also seized a passenger auto, a two-wheeler and four mobile phones.

Three separate cases were registered and are being investigated.
