Interdistrict burglary gang busted in Kumram Bheem Asifabad, four held
Rebbena police arrested four persons allegedly involved in house burglaries across several places in Kumram Bheem Asifabad and Mancherial districts. Police recovered 103 grams of gold, 300 grams of silver, four mobile phones, a car and lock-breaking equipment from them.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: An interdistrict gang involved in house burglaries was busted with Rebbena police arresting four persons on charges of thefts. Police recovered 103 grams of gold, 300 grams of silver, four mobile phones, a car and equipment to break locks from the four.
Briefing details of the arrests to media persons here on Thursday, SP Nitika Pant said that Uppatla Pranay, Mancherial Sathish, Rajesham and Shaligama Krishna, all from Thandur in Mancherial district were apprehended for their involvement in house burglaries. They were detained while moving suspiciously during a vehicle check carried out Kagaznagar crossroads.
On being interrogated, the four reportedly committed to decamping with the gold and silver ornaments by breaking open locked houses. They admitted to conducting recce before committing an offence. They revealed that they were travelling by car to indulge in crimes. They disclosed that they burgled valuables in Thandur, Jakkulapalli, Khairigaon and Rebbana.
Nitika commended Asifabad DSP B Ashok, Rebbena Inspector Sanjay, Sub-Inspector Venkata Krishna, head constable Ravi Kumar and constable Naushad for nabbing the four thieves.
