Candidates were informed that their options will not be considered for mop-up round of Competent Authority Quota once they discontinue the course.
Hyderabad: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) on Friday released a notification for free exit of candidates admitted under competent authority quota 2020-21 into undergraduate AYUSH courses.
Accordingly, candidates admitted for the academic year 2020-21 in BAMS (Ayurveda), BHMS (Homeopathy), BUMS (Unani) and BNYS (Naturopathy and Yoga) courses can have free exit to discontinue from the course into which they were admitted, before 12 noon on March 6 without penalty.
Candidates were informed that their options will not be considered for mop-up round of Competent Authority Quota once they discontinue the course. If candidates decided to discontinue to course after cut-off time, then penalty clause will be applicable with payment of tuition fee for the entire course Rs. 1 lakh of bond amount and debarred for admission into that course under KNRUHS for three years.
The principals of AYUSH colleges were asked to upload the details for any such discontinued candidates to OU centre by 1 pm on March 6. Candidates admitted under all India quota, however will be relieved under free exit.
