Fruits of Statehood being enjoyed by Telangana youth: KCR

Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said that the present and future generation of youth will enjoy the fruits of achieving Statehood for Telangana in 2014

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Thursday extended greetings to the youth on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day.

In a statement here, he said the present and future generation of youth will enjoy the fruits of achieving Statehood for Telangana in 2014 as plans have been chalked out to ensure that this objective is achieved.

“Development continues to be the priority of the State government,” he said.

The action plan being implemented to provide employment to the youth in villages and cities has reached the stage of a logical conclusion, he said, adding that the State government has been working with the objective of creating wealth and distribute it among the people.

The government has been implementing various schemes for the welfare of weaker sections apart from according priority to irrigation, drinking water and power sectors besides developing agriculture sector in the State.
