Gajwel police reunite runaway schoolgirl with her parents
An 11-year-old residential school student ran away from her hostel in Gajwel on Friday night as she wanted to meet her parents. Patrolling police found her at Pragnapur bus stop, comforted her and later reunited her with her family.

Siddipet: An 11-year-old girl, studying in Class VI in a residential school in Gajwel, ran away from the hostel on Friday night. Luckily, the Gajwel police, who were on patrol, spotted her sitting at Pragnapur bus stop late on Friday night. Gajwel Inspector Ravi Kumar and his team enquired about her whereabouts. She was reportedly longing to see her parents and had run away from the hostel. After speaking to the residential school staff, they took her to the police station and comforted her. Later, they handed over the girl to her parents, who are natives of a village in Jagadevpur mandal.
