Gaming house raided in Hyderabad, 18 persons held

Hyderabad: The Task Force (South-East) raided a gaming house and nabbed 18 persons including an organiser on charges of gambling in Santoshnagar on Friday.
Officials seized cash of Rs 30,000, 16 mobile phones and play cards, altogether worth Rs 1.1 lakh.
Police said Akbar Hussain, the main organiser from Phisalband organised games illegally with known punters on a commission in a rented house in Santoshnagar.
All the punters are from Rein Bazaar and Santoshnagar.
The arrested persons along with the seized material were handed over to the Santoshnagar police for further action.
