Gandhi’s relevance is universal, eternal

Students of ZPHS Kunsi, Mahabunagar took part in a special assembly conducted online to mark Gandhi Jayanti on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, M Shiva Shanker, social teacher, said Gandhiji’s teachings of non-violence and truth have no alternate and remain relevant in today’s power-lust world.

He said that Gandhi inspired many leaders across the world who led different movements. He said that the British empire was shooked with the Gandhian principles that inspired millions of people across India and the world. He urged students to read more about Gandhi and his life and times and draw lessons from them.
