Gang of three arrested for stealing motorcycles in Hyderabad
The arrested Mohammed Sabuddin (27), Mohammed Irfan (21) and Mohammed Anwar Hussain (20), all residents of Musheerabad, formed into a gang and were actively involved in stealing the bikes
Hyderabad: The Musheerabad police on Tuesday arrested three persons who were allegedly stealing motorcycles in the city. The police recovered three bikes from them.
The arrested Mohammed Sabuddin (27), Mohammed Irfan (21) and Mohammed Anwar Hussain (20), all residents of Musheerabad, formed into a gang and were actively involved in stealing the bikes.
Sabuddin and Irfan were stealing motorcycles from public places and selling it to Anwar Hussain at a cheaper price. Anwar Hussain was later removing the parts of the vehicles and cutting the body and selling as scrap, said Musheerabad Inspector, Nadeem Hussain.
On a complaint, the police tracked down the Sabuddin and Irfan and on interrogation they admitted to have stolen six vehicles. While the scrap dealer Anwar was arrested, his associated Mohd Moin is absconding.
