Gear up, bibliophiles! Book Chor to host ‘Lock The Box’ fair from Dec 24
Hyderabad: After last year’s roaring success, Book Chor – a unique conceptual book store of new and used books – is hosting another ‘Lock The Box’ event for Hyderabad’s book lovers from December 24,2021 to January 2, 2022.
The event, which is being organised at Vasavi Kalyana Mandapam, Lakdikapul, will showcase lakhs of books from various genres, available at highly subsidised prices.
Last year more than 10,000 bibliophiles visited the event, buying over four lakh books. At the event one can select the books of their choice from the wide range of collections and put them in a box till it gets filled and pays a pre-fixed rate.
Three different sized box options are available for the book lovers. Odysseus which fits in at least 10 to 11 books can be bought for Rs 1,199, Perseus is priced at Rs 1,799 and can easily accommodate 17 to 19 books and Hercules which can hold around 30 to 32 books is priced at Rs 2,999.
