German Ambassador interacts with students of UoH

Hyderabad: Ambassador of Germany, Walter J Lindner, visited the University of Hyderabad (UoH) campus on Monday. He was accompanied by Sebastian Fuchs, Embassy spokesperson, Johannes Hoeber, Cultural Counsellor and Amita Desai, the Director of Goethe Zentrum.
Vice Chancellor, UoH, Prof BJ Rao welcomed the Ambassador and his team and gave a brief introduction about the university. Ambassador Lindner said he was happy and humbled to be at UoH and know of the university achievements. He was thrilled to know about the associations of the faculty and students of UoH were having with Germany.
Lindner had interaction with the faculty and students in the Life Sciences auditorium of UoH. The Ambassador and students discussed about the climate change, pollution, ecosystem, and other issues which are challenging to our planet. The meeting was held in hybrid mode following all safety protocols in the auditorium.
