GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan takes action against stray dogs in Indira Park
GHMC Commissioner advised the officials to ensure that stray dogs do not enter the park.

Hyderabad: GHMC Commissioner, R V Karnan, expressed his anguish over the presence of stray dogs inside Indira Park, which have become a cause for concern and inconvenience to the daily walkers.
On Friday, the GHMC Commissioner visited Indira Park and interacted with the daily walkers and senior citizens.
Later, he spoke with the officials and advised them to ensure that stray dogs do not enter the park. He also instructed them to address water leakages, remove the non-functional fountain, clear waste and plastic material near the Yoga shed, ensure all defunct fountains are operational, and remove the gulmohar trees near the open gym.
Subsequently, the Commissioner visited a school in Kavadiguda, Gandhi Nagar, and Arundhati Colony in the Musheerabad area, where he interacted with residents and school children. He also inspected an anti‑larval operations in the colony. On this occasion, he spoke about maintaining cleanliness of the premises to prevent dengue and other chronic diseases.
